Energy Building Ltd was created in 2004 in response to a growing need for Building Services Consultation with Energy expertise and Environmental credentials built in. Our passion for joined up thinking in construction projects has lead to an outstanding company performance year on year since inception.
In today's construction industry the need to conceive, design and deliver a project holistically and responsibly has never been greater.
Clients now understand that an environmentally responsible building can also be an architectural statement and that low carbon emissions go hand in hand with low fuel costs. In 2006, the Building Regulations ushered in new standards for fuel conservation which brought many of the issues relating to disconnected design to the surface. In October 2010, the Building Regulations were further tightened to remove many of the loopholes that had appeared and to tighten compliance standards by another 25% on aggregate. The forthcoming changes in 2013 will see yet another step-change in the industry as we push toward Carbon Neutral buildings in 2018. With Fuel Security, Carbon Emissions, Climate Change and Environmental Issues higher on the agenda than ever before, our industry is under immense pressure to clean up it’s act.

Brynkinalt
Just off the beaten track, outside the sleepy village of Chirk in North Wales, lies Brynkinalt Estate. Brynkinalt has been the ancestral home of the Trevor family since 924.
Slade Farm
Kirtlington Park Estate dates back to the 18th century and was owned by the Dashwood Family until the late 1800's. In 1921 it was bought by the Budgett Family and remains in their ownership.
