Energy Building Ltd was established in 2004 by Managing Director Paul Stephenson in anticipation of a brave new world for the building construction industry. A world in which architectural design and building services would be re-united, integrated and recognised for the fact that they are interdependant. Their success would be measured against their impact upon the environment.

Today, the need for this integrated approach to building design - regardless of scheme size, has never been greater and at Energy Building we pride ourselves in having designed building services and provided energy consultation on a number of innovative and high-profile schemes. Our influence over these projects existed from the moment pen touched paper.

Buildings designed in this way are more energy efficient, cheaper to run and generate less Carbon Dioxide emissions. Achieving the governments CO2 emission targets for new buildings can be tough and is set to get even tougher.
